I teach Kundalini Yoga according to the tradition of Guru Nanak, as transmitted by Yogi Bhajan.

Known to be a demanding and intense yoga, its effectiveness is today scientifically proven. It  targets directly the balance of the nervous system and the glands.

By working through the physical body, this tantric yoga balances the 10 bodies, and encompasses the totality of our psyche.

In its basic practice, it takes up most of the elements of Hatha Yoga. However, the importance given to shabad (sound) multiplies its effect on the energy bodies and therefore its impact on consciousness.

In his more advanced practices, his philosophy and field of experience are similar to the Mahamudra and Dzogchen practices of the Buddhists and the Shivaiste Tantra of Kashmir.
